Let’s get to know each other. Book your free 15-minute discovery call, your first step to changing your life for the better ! All I require from you at this stage is your full name, date of birth, email address, height, weight and your 2 main health concerns.
▪ Identifying concerns
Identify your main health concerns/symptoms that you would like help with.
▪ Food and lifestyle
You will complete a 3 day food and lifestyle diary, an initial health questionnaire and 2x consent forms. It is important to be as honest and as accurate as possible; I need to know all the details of your food, drinks, life style, medications and supplementation to enable the creation of the best most appropriate protocol for you. One that matches your physical, mental and emotional needs and root causes.
▪ 75-minute consultation
75minute zoom call to go through in detail your health questionnaire. I will ask more questions about all of your bodies systems, your sleep, your work pattern, your lifestyle/genetics, family history, your hobbies and habits, your toxicity exposure, your vitals, to obtain a clearer picture of your current state of health and well-being.
▪ Detailed assessment and a health protocol
I will complete a detailed assessment of your health, checking all nutrients and drug interactions and write a specifically designed protocol for your health condition(s), with appropriate lifestyle/exercise recommendations, supplement recommendations, recipe booklets, health handouts, videos and links to transform your health long-term in the easiest and best possible way.
▪ 45-minute health discussion and tests analysis
45-minute zoom call to discuss your new health protocol, possible laboratory testing (if needed and additional cost to be advised), food/drink, lifestyle and other therapies if required.
▪ Report and recommendations
I will provide a full and detailed protocol report with clear recommendations to follow and provide a discount link for the the Natural Dispensary supplement retailer and other health stores to redeem your health goods at discounted rate.
▪ Your time to shine
Now it is your time to follow all steps on the protocol, I am here if you need support. You are so close to feeling amazing again!
▪ 6 weeks later: 60-minute follow-up zoom session
We meet again to discuss your challenges and successes.
I will take note of any changes experienced and symptoms. I will ask you more questions about your protocol, your health and well- being, your new food/drink/supplement intake and your new lifestyle to gain a crystal clear picture of your health status. I will issue a follow up protocol report to continue to optimise your health.
▪ Final protocol and test results discussion
Final 45-minute Zoom call to discuss your follow-up protocol.
If any testing has been arranged we will discuss the test results.

✦ I take 50% deposit on the day of the booking and the outstanding 50% will be due on the day of your 1st consultation.
✦ I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Deposits are non-refundable.
✦ All bookings require payment in advance. Your appointment will be confirmed on receipt of this. Payment can be made by Bacs or PayPal (friends & family option). This information will be sent to you on appointment request.
✦ When you are booking your time is reserved for you, I respectfully ask that you give at least 24 hours notice to change an appointment. If insufficient notice is not given or you fail to turn up for your appointment you will then have to pay in full again to rebook your next appointment.
✦ I do not have chance to fill spaces at short notice, where a lot of what I do takes planning and preparation both physically and mentally.
